It was a year ago that I took my little Nikon P6000 out for the first time. The first place I brought it was to Asheville, NC and the Biltmore estate. I really had no idea what I was doing, shooting on program mode ("P does not mean perfect") for pretty much the whole time and basically just firing at everything. I go through the photos from that trip every couple of weeks, hoping that I find something in them that I want to reprocess and post. Though I'm not 100% convincined this photo is exactly what I'm looking for, I kept coming back to it. I finally decided to go a little crazy with the contrast to see what happened. I ended up liking the final result.
